I have here an example of my archive of club racing results from the period above, i have found its hard to get this info from the net other than Single Seaters which are catered for nicely.

Would this be of interest to any historians/enthusiasts on here.?

As i say my info is from program source not proper results sheets so errors will pop up ;

Note the familiar Brands regulars of the era in Formula Ford, Frank Hopper, Rob Wicken, Howard Drake and Mike Chittenden for instance.

At oldracingcars.com I've been working for some time on building an archive of F.Ford and FF2000 results, and Allen has a long-standing interest in Libre. We will publish these when we get them to our usual standard - near full results, some chassis numbers etc - and we should have a 1972 FF series posted, with full results, plenty of chassis numbers, if not grids, quite soon.

We're really only interested in things with open wheels and no roofs, though Allen has been waylaid by sports cars. But in the course of researching this stuff we often encounter programmes and result sheets that can help you with this larger project. I'd be happy to share what I find, since FF entry lists are especially what I need right now.

Thanks Chris, i will put up the entry for the Formula races on the above asap.

I do have some Libre, F4 and Monoposto results/Entries somewhere in my info so please use anything of interest that i post , also if you have any extra entires i may be missing i would be glad of the info.

I think that the more people post on line the better. Trying to date many of my old negatives and slides and matching them to race programmes is quite rewarding, but I have many pics where I obviously lost the programme which makes it a nightmare!

These days, with digital cameras it is far easier. However with series cars having transponders and retaining the same race number, if the camera date is incorrect, it does make it more difficult.

As to race results, these are of minor importance to me, but may be of value to those who are trying to trace the competition history of a specific car.

I'd be grateful for a site where we can find/post the programme entry lists for each class. A mammoth task given the number of races, race meetings and circuits over the last 100 years.

The website with programme covers is a valuable resource but to go further means a lot of work for a lot of people to be of any real value.

More recent programme content such as Goodwood, appear to be copyright, so it may pay to be careful.
