Good news, lets hope they get their proper 06 chassis running ASAP tho, much as I would have liked to see an Arrows a23 winning GP's its time is over and has been for a long time. I notice they have Daniel Auddetto in their staff, got to be good news as Im sure he is ex-Ferrari and should know his stuff. Sato and Davidson in the cars then? 3rd driver? Someone with cash? or someone like Roger Yakusawa from the states?

Ditto ghinzani. The A23 will now be so outdated it will struggle to build up enough speed to accelerate out of the pit garage.
It's beautiful looks will also be destroyed by the regulations that have been enforced since 2002. |

The A23 is a back-up plan for the first couple of races while the AS01 is readied?

The idea is to get the first Aguri built car, up and running for the European season. We'll see eh?
Anyway I couldn't care less, if they are poor - eleven teams in F1 is great news. Super Aguri - you rawk! PAUL |

Well, when you see the Aguri 01, marvel at how similar to the BAR 007 it is

May as well use A23's all season if they're just gonna use 007 derivatives.

Read somewhere last week that IRL man Matsuura is another possible to run alongside Sato. It would be a travesty not to give Davidson the seat but don't be surprised to see an all Japanese line-up!

Sato and Davidson would be the most likely line up
Other Japanese drivers would most likely be headed by Kosuke Matsuura, i'd imagine |

It's a shame that A23 wasn't more developed, it was a very interesting chassis and showed a good turn of speed with that Cosworth engine. It did seem quicker than the Jaguar R3 with which it shared the engine...

Good news that they will be allowed onto the grid. Expect them to use the old Arrows car as a stopgap, and then use a subtle modification of the BAR after that. The driving lineup ought to be Sato and Davidson - nobody else of the same calibre is really available to them. As for the third driver, Matsuura is a possibility, but that would rule him out of Aguri's F1 team. Yasukawa is also fairly likely to be in the IRL next year. James Rossiter might be an option? What is Ryo Fukadu (sp?) up to now?

I think he's still doing FNippon these days, or JGTC, or both.
