It doesn't look impossible, but I'd expect them to have more yellow - as they used to have 'in the old days'.

I don't think there won't be any of 'mild seven' signs, I just think it's gonna be smaller.
After all, 'renault' is now sole owner of the team and I expect them to use it for advertising of their own much more then the other sponsors. Maybe I'm wrong, but we'll see.

the last one looks better but the top one is probably closest to what the car will look like. just because renault owns the company doesnt mean it'll lose Mild Seven, look at ferrari they rely on Marlboro. and i think we can safely say that renault will need lots of cash from sponsors to get up there with ferrari!

The second version is much better. (probably because the blue has gone - a change is as good as a rest, as they say).

The first Renault car was damn ugly, so I hope it doesn't look like that. Mild Seven may be on the car, but they may not have the blue that they've been using all this time.

That second picture looked a lot better. I think Renault will paint the car in the colours they want and just place a Mild Seven sign on the wing and wherever else.

I prefer the first one, as it looks more like the Benetton colours, and therefore people will see the transformation from Benetton to Renault. Both remind me of past Minardis though!?

Given the trouble the company is in I think you can lose the Marconi logos too

Hmm...if i have to choose between the 2, i'd take the first...the 2nd looks too dull...

And yeah...both the pictures remind me of 2 backmarker teams many years ago...i think its Minardi (yellow and white) and tyrell (the black and white)...does anybody have the pics?

I would think that the Renault would use a colour scheme which they had been using with Rally and touring car or similar to bring greater recognision to their company~

I much prefer the second colour scheme, the blue on the first does nothing for me.

Yes, but 'ferrari's original colour IS red, and only the rear wing is white for 'marlboro' - that is something I would expect from 'renault'

My Renault livery

Well, my Renault Scenic is in 'topical green' livery which is an amzing colour - rather like a luminous bogey. They must have loads of tins of that in the factory - so why not 'ring the changes' completely.

If nothing else it would be easy to see the car in wet conditions!!

By the way I agree with MichaelC - how on earth will Marconi survive to next year. Pretty soon their shares will be a negative value! I suppose it could be a first, with Renault paying Marconi to have their logo - Ho Ho!

The second one looks great but I thought Mild Seven were pulling out? Anyone know when the car is being launched?

"Yes, but 'ferrari's original colour IS red, and only the rear wing is white for 'marlboro' - that is something I would expect from 'renault' "

You seem to ahve fallen for a common misconception there. Look at the non-white parts of the Marlboro McLarens. Orangey red. Now look at the colour of today's Ferrari. Orangey red. Now look at the colour of a 1995 or earlier Ferrari. SCARLET. A broad pwoerful red which evoked feeligns of joy amongst race fans for generations. Ferrari sacrificed 60 years of tradition just to please its sponsors, what makes you think Renault won't sacrifice 8 years?

I like the first one best, very nice!
I think they'll lose the Mild Seven sponsorship though, but I think they'll probably keep the blue!
Either way, i think it'll be really nice!
