Maybe it was the inspiring first post
There is not really anything out there. No real official site or anything. http://www.brscc.co.uk/default.asp?page=winter-series kartingdad, do you know anyone entering it? How has it done in the past? Last edited by Adam43; 3 Nov 2003 at 19:50. |

I heard that several teams were testing at Brands last Friday. MDR had cars out as did Nexa and Medina Sport. Sebastian Hohental should be running (not sure on team - Nexa??) + a new Finn Juho Someoneorother (?? - there was a story in Autosport or MN last week).

Yes, Russ, he is. So I assume that MDR is no more?

Actually, it's remarkable value for money if the deal is right and can be a sensible move if your trying to get into Zetecs next year.
It makes even more sense if you will be winter testing in a new and untried car. People with money to burn buy fireworks.. Last edited by goughy; 4 Nov 2003 at 07:44. |

Nice.
Not to mention an engine that went bang at the last meeting. I'll shut up in future! |

I am doing the Brands round and I have no money to burn
I'll run the car myself with no testing and old tyres if it's dry I might be last! (don't know what the testing times are but my fastest is 49.01) Why - because it's a Zetec race I can enter and there aren't many of them! John |

49 isn't tooooooo bad, comparing it to the festival pace. so long as you stay out of trouble it should be reasonably cheap!
