Got to be Lotus, surely.
Red Bull can't get it for that pit-stop failure....... |

Hard one...
- No RBR, for that pit accident - No Lotus either for me. Just based on personal opinion, but they let Grosjean hold up Kimi too much time before the team order (or maybe the radio message was just delayed on TV ?) and I think they should have let Kimi stay out instead of pitting him on the last one. - No Mercedes, screwed Rosbers qualifying and for some reason Niko help up Lewis for some time making him lose a lot of ground when they clearly weren't racing for position and just met on the track due to different strategies. - No Ferrari. They are losing ground, even with Vettel's gearbox problem when leading Silverstone he has outscored Alonso by 17 points since Fernando's last win in Spain. So I would say McLaren, maybe ? Seemed the most improved car today, and both Button and Perez finished in the points. They didn't get any in the last two races. |

Has to be Marussia... those 'zero friction' bearings seem to work really well

Lotus vote for me. In all honesty with hindsight (wonderful thing that) they should have got Kimi in front of his team mate much earlier but the order of drivers doesn't reduce the team effort - both on the podium is a strong result and a deserved one based on pace over the weekend.

I voted Lotus also, BUT....while watching the race I honestly thought Kimi was staying out. I was doing simple match in my head and from what I recall Kimi was up by something like 15 seconds and there was about the same amount of laps to go (maybe it was 17 or somewhere around there). Vettel was not making a second per lap so at that point in time there would not have been enough laps to catch and pass. I wonder if anyone worked out the degradation rate to see what could have happened theoretically. Kimi thought the tires were ok and may have won the race. With the radio communication not working I guess it could not be discussed.

A little like last weekend, one team were head and shoulders above them all - Lotus.

On balance, Lotus. Yes, they perhaps missed out on a win, but they still managed two podiums.
