fatbloke should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

An accident involving a novice rally driver on his very first stage has left an 11 year old boy dead, and seven others injured, during a rally at Bennetts Field, Northumberland.

Just when is this bad luck of the past 12 months going to leave us ?

This is absolutely terrible!

I really felt so sad when I read the news. Not only do I feel sorry for the families of the Dead boy and the injured, it is a sadness they will carry for ever!

I also feel for the driver, His first race, finally getting to do something he has probably dreamed about and worked towards for years, and the most terrible outcome possible happens, He too will carry that for ever.

I love motorsport and I accept that it is dangerous, The guys driving the cars know it is dangerous, and when one of them gets it, at least we can say he was doing what he loved. But for a young lad on a great day out? Urgh!
