sadly this event has been scuppered by a needless and vindictive kangaroo court aimed at embarrassing Neil Bye in public.
As a result of a raft of overly onerous conditions they have had to cancel the event  Gutter for Road Rally and his team who have worked hard to get this date and satisfied the parks authority only for the MSA to cock it up |
