Automatic Entries
Audi, Corvette, and Porsche all won an automatic entry at PLM...
And so did Intersport! I would love to see them at Le Mans next year! Does anybody know if the team is actually going to go ahead with it and make the trip? |

Automatic entry means nothing. The Gulf/Johansson Audi got automatic entry for Le Mans after winning the ELMS title, didn't they?
They never entered if they did. |

The automatic entries for Le Mans mean a great deal to the teams, particularly those who can't otherwise "guarantee" themselves an entry with the ACO otherwise (like Audi or Pesca). The fact that Stefan chose not to enter Le Mans..... makes no difference at all to the importance of avoiding the selection process. |

I think the reason Johansson, didn't take up his entry was a lack of finance......
