Charles Warner should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
A.L.D. Information

Looking for any information/data regarding a Group C car made by A.L.D. based in Paris. Supposedly ran Le Mans in 1994, dropping out after 14 hours. Powered by 3.5 litre BMW.

Any contacts with original team members/owners would be appreciated.

Thanks

The team raced on until at least 1988, Automobiles Louis Descartes. Finished fifth in class at Le Mans in 1987.

I did finish the race in 1984, but didn't cover sufficient distance..

That's no help, sorry - best I can do.

Owned and driven in 94 by Sylvain Boulay. This car was one of four 89 chassis, three failed to qualify that year. Originaly raced by creator Louise Descartes before his death.

94 drivers
S Boulay (I)
JB Bouvet (I)
L Taverna (I)

Photo's of both versions if you want them.

Mine were out've the World Sportscar Racing '94 Review book, but probably taken straight from the programme by the author.

Excellent books though - need to get a few more years...
