Mark F1 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Daytona 24 Hrs Qualifying Times

1 Theys/Lienhard/Papis/Baldi Dallara Judd SRP 1:42.058s
2 Lupberger/Bell jr/Toivonen Ascari Judd SRP 1:42.157s
3 Lammers/Stewart/Mowlem Crawford Judd SRP 1:42.478s
4 Smith/Matthews/Sharp/Gordon Riley & Scott Elan SRP 1:42.538s
5 Weaver/Leitzinger/Gavin Riley & Scott Ford SRP 1:42.856s
6 van de Poele/Brabham/Johansson/Kelleners Ferrari 333SP SRP 1:43.159s
7 Forbes-Robinson/R Dyson/Schroeder/C Dyson Riley & Scott Ford SRP 1:43.915s
8 Wallace/Haywood/Maassen/Luhr Lola Porsche SRP 1:44.231s
9 Baldwin/Robinson/Dallenbach jr/Simo Riley & Scott Judd SRP 1:45.019s
10 Field/Durand/Dayton Lola Judd SRP 1:45.079s

Nice to see the British Ascari up there, only 0.099 seconds behind the Dallara. I would have liked to have seen the Ferrari 333SP a bit higher up on what looks like it's final race, but I wouldn't count them out with a driver line-up like that. I fancy the Lola Porsche as an outside bet for a win, but I think that would only happen if the Dallara, Ferrari & Crawford cars retired along with some of the Rilley & Scott's. But, in all it looks like a very good quality field and it should provide us with a very decent race.

Top class positions are:

15 Gentilozzi/Simo/Pruett/Lauer Jaguar GTS 1m48.277s

17 Lazzaro/Rand/Borcheller/Kelleners Lola-Nissan SRPII 1m49.449s

19 Hoerr/Brassfield/Busch/Duncan Mustang AGT 1m50.957s

31 Barbosa/Perrier/Neugarten Mosler MT900 R GT 1m53.988s

I wondered how the "Jag" would go. Will it last?

Will one of these classes win overall?!
