Central Park, NY
http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=210624
Circuit made on the southern end of Central Park in New York City; integrates Columbus Circle into the track, with West 59th Street as a S/F straight. Runs counterclockwise. I imagine there'd be some elevation changes--I'm using the G-Map Pedometer page, which isn't letting me see elevation changes, but Google Earth shows it to be slightly less than completely flat. |

It looks fast and flowing, bu alot of citizens would object to the idea. around 3600 people walk through that park a day.

That's why it's a fantasy track Of course it seems any track within the boroughs of New York is a fantasy in itself

It uses part of the track used in GT4, the round-a-bout part. good, I like it.

2--find the area you're looking for (it only searches city names; if you're looking to make one around a particular location, i.e. a stadium, you may need Google Maps in another window to help) 3--click start recording 4--double-click your start point. It will center on that point, and mark it. Double-click the next point, and it will draw a straight line to that point. Continue like that until you have completed your circuit. 5--Center it. Notice it will still consider that a point, and draw a line accordingly; simply click "undo last point" and it will keep it centered while removing the unneccessary leg. 6--Zoom out/in to the desired distance/map size, and click "Save Route". When it is done saving, it will produce a link to your route. |
