Derricke Walker has signed Jeff Andretti to drive his second IRL entry for the rest of the season along side Sarah Fisher. Andretti has been racing a limited NASCAR Craftsman Truck seaon as well as some other NASCAR lesser events. He brings 20 Champcar starts and three trips to Indy to the team. Fisher says she is delighted to a very experienced racer on the team to help share setup and testing duties as well as help her become a more professional racer.

Derrik has prostituted himself big time on this one !
I raced against Jeff years ago when he first got started in Formula Ford & learned very quickly that he has no peripheral vision. He does have the capability to go fairly quickly, but has a tendancy to drive over things that are right beside him. I hope the budget has a BIG reserve for crash damage! |
