2. No. PT had a brief interview with Childress in which inquiries were made by Childress and declined by PT with amusement and thanks. PT intends to defend his championship in 2004. |

I tend to doubt that PT would be amused at the money that Childress would have offered him.
But good to see him back to defend the title. It would have been a huge loss, had he gone to NASCAR. |
