spencer dumped by chip...
all i can say is good - jimmy has been around for a while with 350 to 400 race starts for only 2 wins. after seeing what some of the new young blokes have done over the past 2 or 3 years, this was a positive move by chip (and target who got nothing for there money this year!).... who will they sign to drive the target #41 - does biffle have a drive for 2003, any news on kenny brack switching to nascar.....

Well, I was kind of expecting this whenever McMurray won in his first Winston Cup start. I am very sure that the #41 car is not anything close to the #40 but Chip might as well groom another young driver. How about Casey Atwood who was recently released?

I have this weird feeling Jimmy Vasser could do well in NASCAR if he does it right. I dont think he should step right into WC though, and there's that little history with Ganassi....

Actually, Joe, it in was his 2nd race that Jamie McMurray won, his first was at Tally a week earlier.
But in spite of all the rumors about why Jimmy Spencer got bounced, I'll tell ya the real reason. He ate all the donuts. |

Regarding the donuts, that may be true. Chip looks like he is a donut eater too. And if you are a owner, you don't want someone eating all your donuts up. |
