Anyone come across a racing sim featuring Castle Combe?
I've been given a 'racing day' at the circuit and I want to learn the track first! :-) -Stu |

No... there's no racing sim with it on... I've searched.
Go to the web site though, it has some videos http://www.castlecombecircuit.co.uk I think.. Otherwise its.. Go, floor it, right a bit, left a bit, in to Quarry, hard right, up to Esses (right then left quickly), right through Old Paddock, quick all the way down to Tower - then turn right... upto Bobbies (yes it is there!!), again its quick right then left, put you're boot in all the way to Camp - don't lift here otherwise you're a shandy drinker and across the line!!!! Lap record about 1m 04 sec.. easy.. |

If you go into yahoo and type in GP2 and keep looking you will find every track ever, pretty much. Although this will have been hacked together by an ameteur it will give you a good idea. (Of course, you need GP2 as well....)

Thinking from the race school perspective (Combe & Thruxton) we find that unless you are already a racer and understand the nuances of the racing lines you are actually better off not doing a computer simulation first. (look at a vid of "Faking It" from 2 weeks ago!)

Any patches to make FF1600S run there ;-) I will have a Swift 92 if there is. Can you programme your opponents to be mad Bob Higgins??
