steve nielsen should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Bernoldi......

during the race the Dutch RTL 5 reporter interviewed Enrique Bernoldi about the reason he retired, Enrique said he ran into SOMEONE at the start, but he did'nt say who.

on 1 of the reruns of the start you could clearly see who it was, HHF was blocking his teammate and Bernoldi drove into him, very smart move by both!!(I thought the idea was to race against other teams)

it's also HHF's own fault for blocking there, he should have kept the other side of the track closed so OTHER teams could'nt have passed him.

Well, Bernoldi blocked Jos in a simular way several times last year and Jos never drove into him.

That was probably because Jos couldnt pass Bernoldi. Anyway, Bernoldi was unlucky today - because he had the pace in qualifying to have a go at some points.

no, Jos was ahead of Bernoldi in every race after the first lap, he ALWAYS passed Bernoldi(no matter how much Enrique blocked him), and his retirement was hun own fault, nothing to do with beeing unlucky.

Mike Coughlan, Technical Director, OrangeArrows

“Both drivers had good starts but unfortunately Enrique knocked into Heinz at the first corner. This damaged the diffuser on Heinz’s car and resulted in ultimate retirement for Enrique with a broken wishbone. Heinz was then pushed off by Villeneuve at the second corner and we didn’t stand a chance after that. We’re going to go home and lick our wounds and look forward to a better weekend in Monaco.”
