Helmets on Pitroad/ A new safety issue

I think the helmets for the over the wall boys is a step in the right direction for safety. I've seen some nasty injury's over the years. If they save one life it's worth it.
BUT During the truck race there were pit members over the wall with helmets on, but the chin straps where not buckled. If they were to get hit, the helmet could be knocked of and rendered useless. NASCAR needs to educate the pit members and enforce the buckling of helmets. What do you think?

Good point. What good is a helmet if it isn't worn properly?

The board seems a little slow today, eh? You evil triple poster you...

You don't have to be a computer guru to know that this bulletin board software is somewhat buggy... I can't tell you how many times in the last week I have gotten MySQL errors, and it wouldn't work at all. Other times it's just slow, and people hit "Add Reply" more than once thinking it isn't doing anything, which is why they get dupes. Which is a classic argument for letting us delete our own posts, which the Admins have turned off. But the bugs are pretty bad, considering how much it costs. Ikonboard seems to work much better, and it's free.

Sometimes I think vBulletin (and just to be fair, UBB too) needs a free sample from Mark Martin's sponsor...
