Chicanes at Blyton Mk 2
It would appear that the powers that be! are determined to install a chicane down the back straight at Blyton.
The new chicane will be half way down the main straight on to loose and back onto the tarmac. (It was marked out durig todays testing session) The idea is to slow everyone down (reduce average speeds) and put the emphasis on ability rather than out and out power. (That’s me Boll**sed then) Any thoughts any one?? Is it needed? Is this a good move? Are the long straights at Pembry, Brans and Knock hill under threat? Phil. |

Should be good for stockhatch and underpowered cars but the sight of the super cars letting rip down the back straight will be missed.
May stop some of the acidents on the top corner? What was the new cars out today like anything with a supries!!! Still rebuilding my car so see you all on the 2nd!! Marty |
