Will F1 teams let Toyota win a race or two
since they can't seem to do it on their own. It's possible since Toyota is threathing to leave the sport if it doesn't win soon. F1 needs Toyota and the championship is almost already decided so it's possible they can orchestrate a win for them.

I don't think any driver would willing pull over to help another driver (yes there have been examples in the past but remember the grumpiness afterwards) on thier own team let alone on another team.

If Toyota can't build a car that can win for them, why should the other teams let them win?
I'm sorry but it's about time Toyota won a race, but they dont look like winning any time soon. And if I was a team boss I definatly wouldn't say to my team, "guys, lets give Toyota this race win please". It is up to Toyota to win a race. No one else. No one let Ferrari win their first race, as with Lotus, McLaren, Brabham, Jordan, Williams, Brawn etc! |

Don't worry Toyota fans! I'm sure that being written into FOTA's new regulations is that each manufacturer should be 'gifted' at least one race win.

"Let" yeah, but they will be missing a great chance to win over all those new teams, with no sweat, if they don't apply their entry, like the english madman wants.

Or maybe those inflatable-looking Toyota drivers we saw at Fuji, although they don't count because they're not real. |

If they are good enough for it, they will win. Even though Monaco isn't exactly a track that fits their car well, there are tracks on the calendar this season that are still coming up that should fit their car well enough to have a go at a win. Toyota are still 4th best in the pecking order at the time, and the 4th best team can win races, as all those Benetton victories from the 80s have shown.

I don't think F1 needs Toyota - if the budget cap comes in, it looks as if F1 won't really have the same desperate need of manufacturers as it has had in recent years, full stop. |
