From what i know Jules Bianchi signed with ART for 2009.
Daniel Ricciardo made a 1 off this year and impressed. So he is a hopeful for 2009. Bottas from Formula Renault is said to make his debut for ART this year, if he does well than is has a chance for 2009 too. |

According to Italiaracing, the 3rd manufacturer that Autosport mentioned earlier, is Toyota that will enter Euroseries with DAMS. The engines are supposed to be Japanese F3 spec Tom's.

It's possible that Emma Kimiläinen will drive F3 Euroseries in 2009. Currently she is racing Formula ADAC Masters in Germany and is in top-10 in the standings.

Sg Formula. It's the team he made his debut with, and it's also the team he is racing with in Formula Renault. Plus he has the Red Bull backing which helps heeps. He will be in f3 euro in 2009 unless he does a different series instead, but it's pretty obvious he will be in for 2009. |

Valtteri Bottas said yesterday that he will do a test with f3 euroseries. Somebody knows with which team and where?
I hope he will go to f3 euro next year. He's an excelent driver, but I heard that he doesn't have de budget. Bianchi will continue with ART, Lancaster possibly (but he will run in Macao for Manor...), and other options are Wittman, Vietoris, Bottas?...What do you think? |

And oh, according to MTV3, he will test with German team, too. So that would be Muecke.

...Motopark?
I think it was on Autosport a while ago that they could join next year. |

In what circuit will Valtteri test the f3 car?
Some teams are interested to enter in f3 euro. For example, Epsilon Sport. One month ago, in autosport: Seven new teams are understood to have enquired about joining the series, while Autosport understands a third engine manufacturer has targeted a 2009 entry, although their identity has not been disclosed. The current F3 team bosses met at Barcelona and agreed to keep the current 32-car limit. However, the registration deadline, when entry deposits must be lodged for 2009, has been brought forward to October 31. Colin Kolles's TME outfit and leading Formula Renault team Motopark Academy are widely expected to join the current entrants with a brace of VW-backed entries |

Yeah that is realistic, but im 100% sure Bottas will be at ART or Motorpark. Hegewald will depend on budget IMO.
