Uh......Red Flag because apparently the cable that Fox's fancy camera moved along snapped off and several cars hit it and the camera and Nascar is letting all cars check and repair the damage from this major blunder. Epic Fail, Fox *facepalm* Marcos Ambrose had the worst damage with a severed brakeline BTW.

Fox doing their best to prolong the longest race of the year for more Waltrips and other dooshbaggery.

The blimp will probably deflate and land on the front stretch next.

First time for everything. Camera cables wrecking cars is a first for me.
NASCAR seems to be making the right calls. I like the Waltrips but I am begining to grow weary, really, with all the unimportant media cvg. Always trying to make something out of nothing. But then again I guess thats taught in journalism 101. |

On the bright side, the race is back underway now with everyone able to fix the damage to their cars, then being allowed to line back up according to the running order before the caution. Almost like nothing ever happened.

Just flipped over and was Gordon given a jet pack for this weekend? Just seemed like he made two passes, guessing not for position, on cars that looked like they were nailed down.

These cookie cutter triovals just produce such dull entertainment
in the middle 80 % of the race its really unwatchable. Great finishes if you are still awake. |

It could be worse, they could run at Michigan for 600 miles. I think that track could make watching paint dry fun and exciting.
Keslowski throwing himself in the I wrecked Danica sword there? Don't think he did anything in that incident and was taken out by Danica being pushed up track by I think the 17. |

Yeah, when was a NASCAR event red flagged twice and neither was for rain? Was an impressive amount of debris and looked like wall foam flying thru the air after that.
And typical Fox fashion, no commercial in the red flag, yellow comes out lets go to break now. |

I was gonna say what a great story it'll be if Almorola makes the chase along with Menard...tonight just made it alot harder for the first of the two drivers. Everyone is just trying to get everything they can on the restarts and it often ends up being all for nothing.
Also, should I point out that it's a full moon tonight? Just saying. Also notice that Danica is again wrecked because of something her BF did.....yeah. |

..and here we go again!!!!!!!!! It's like they all forgot how to drive. A long night of 600 miles will do that sometimes.

It's been a fun day of racing, glad the red flags delayed the race so I could get home from work and see the end! But wow 3 red flags today between 2 of the 3.
