The interesting bit is the Schrader valve. Not seen that on any GAZ, AVO or such like. Definitely something less common.......

Yes in the period of my ownership.
Gaz fabricated them especially for the car. I stress that there are other shock absorber manufacturers and investments can go up or down. |

They are OLD..way before Gaz probably existed as a company…Nearest I can find with a clicky top and shrader valve are possibly Penske??
I will e-mail Mick Gardeners… Bit of a dimemma as to whether they are good enough quality to re-build…Whether anyone can re-build and then what to use if I go new option?? N. |
