ford boy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
FPR new workshop

Looked on the FPR website at the race centre gallery and looked at the photo's and could'nt believe the size of the place. you could probably run 2 or 3 teams out of the place.

It is massive. Are they expected to relocate their before the opening round next year or not ?

well, most of it looks pretty complete, but that photo on the bottom left, which is mainly blue and painted, is not real, just a picture of what it will look like.

Nice though.

Hey, hang on a minute. Didn't someone on this forum say that FPR was being sold to SBR at the end of the 2004 season?

You people must have been looking at an optical illusion!!!

Gor, some people write tripe on these forums. (no reference to the posts above intended)

You don't think they left the new engines there that they were to use for Bathurst.

I'm not sure they need new engines. Based on the way they went at Bathurst just tweak the ones they have.

So you dont think there were prodrive-inspired motors in #6....

And its interesting that it took the team 9 months to build 3 cars, and 6 months to knock up their factory

From what was said on the commentary, they keep blowing them up in the UK.

I believe the ex-GSR powerplants may have had some demon tweaks from the UK... in car #6 anyway, not sure about the other 2...

I don't mean to sound rude, but I think you need to get your eyes checked twig... I just looked at the picture in question & it does NOT look like a un-real picture to me!!!

Here's hoping Seto gets one of his old AU's back and runs a Konica program from Rhur st for someone!

The current FPR premises (the ex-GSR one) in Rhur St is in Dandenong, Victoria... just a few hundred metres away from the 00 Motorsport complex in Kitchen Rd.
