Red Bull Stops American Driver Search
Pitpass.com is reporting that the RBDS program will no longer operate to find new talent from the U.S.

i can understand that, they've got a successful international young driver programme and they've found scott speed now and have a backup so i guess it served its purpose.

I am sure that if another promising young American came along they would be interested in helping. There is just no need for a programme as such.

Correct.
And they're continuing to support Colin Fleming and John Edwards. By definition a search is only required till you find something. |
