Ive found a link and its Johhny Mauro , Ive never actually heard of him before but its still sad news to hear that anyone has passed away.

I had to look this up to make sure I was right, but Johnny Mauro was the first driver to run an Alfa Romeo in the "500." As the story says, he finished eighth with a relief driver and it was the only "500" he was in. When Pat Patrick brought Alfa back to Indy in the early '90s, Johnny came back to pose for some pictures with 'em, etc....really sad.
