5. Not outstanding. Hungary in the dry doesn't tend to be exciting. The start was good, but the Max and Kimi fight livened it up.

Meh, stopped after a few laps and put on a Star Trek DVD.
How silly was Jenson's penalty? |

Apart from the start, the Raikkonen vs. Verstappen battle was the highlight of a very dull affair. The Button penalty was ridiculous.

I'll give it a 4. I did like the Kimi-Max battle. I only need one battle to give a it a few points. But the WEC race on at the same time, drew away the bulk of my attention.

Just imagine how boring F1 would be without Kimi. I gave it an 8 because he jacked it up.

I lasted 12 laps, I feel asleep. I woke up to see the last 15 laps though.

A 3 is fairly representative I think.
It could have a been a very generous 4 but for that ridiculous Q1. |

5 because at least the top 6 were all pretty close, top 4 in particular.
Sure it's a pretty track with a neat turn one, but certainly not one of the more exciting races on the calendar. Gp2 and Gp3 was boring as well, which is unusual. |

5 - not much excitement really. Can't blame Lewis for that, he did all that he needed to do, given the need to prolong his engine life as much as possible......
I think I sometimes find it more interesting as I watch the live timing feed which gives more information than the TV feed and helps get the "bigger picture". |

We had three portions of the race, first part only things happening were Button's hyraulics going and Kimi passing a few cars. Second part the only excitement was Rosberg getting close to Hamilton Third part I wanted to kip once the pitstops were done, only really got unbored by Hamilton getting held up in traffic and the Kimi/Max fight The only good thing is maybe people will be more grateful when we get races like we had before last weekend. |
