Jim Lamb should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
For Rescue Bods - JRCALC Guidelines Online

For those of you with an Interest in the Medical side of Motor Sport Rescue/Pre-Hospital Care the Guidelines that are followed by Our Ambulance Service colleagues are now available on-line.

This is a substantial 450+ page, pdf document. ideal for those with Insomnia!!!

Ther are particular sections of Interest on Incident Management, Head, Spinal & Limb Trauma. Much of it is written from an RTA perspective.

The URL is http://www.nelh-ec.warwick.ac.uk/JRC...es_v3_2004.pdf

I doubt many surprises to established Operators but they are a good base line to start from for Training or reference purposes.

Yep thanks Jim don't think my printer will take all of this in one go though.
Am I alone in finding reading documents like this on a computer difficult. Both on the eyes and actually taking the informtion in?

Documents of this type are notoriously tedious to read and consume. Sections invariably end up being reproduced as chapters in other Publications. I have read that the document as a whole is about to be published by the IHCD and also in Pocket Book format
Unfortunately these publications don't come free!

I tend to 'cherry pick' the Interesting looking sections and print them off. If you can print them 2 pages to a sheet of A4 that'll save you paper.

I went blind years ago, so I have to wear glasses for PC work!

Happy reading.
