Carbon-X - fireproof kit
Hi All
Looking at buying some fireproof underwear wear and wondering if anyone has looked at Carbon-X kit? this stuff looks very good! and withstand some serious high temps, not cheap but cheap if it stops fire.. http://search.store.yahoo.com/cgi-bi...2Fnsearch.html Thanks Andy |

It is very, very good. Also much cooler to wear. Try nimbusmotorsport for a good UK stockist.

I supply Nimbus and AWS CarbonX. They are both very good, although I think the Nimbus stuff is the better of the two.

I'd give it my seal of approval for what that's worth. I picked mine up from Simpson World in LA so it was actually very cheap, but not sure on prices over here. One thing I would say though, is that the balaclava had a narrow opening - much like Simpson helmets. Not my bag so I do still use my Sparco. Cheers Stacy |
