Player's Forsythe
Hi! I'm desperately trying to find Player's Forsythe team apparel that actually has Players on it, not just Forsythe. Of couse, this is becoming harder and harder since Players will no longer be the team's sponsor. Does anyone know where I can find this? Any help is much appreciated.

Good luck - I don't think you can.
Maybe Ebay or something, but nothing new. I bought a hat back in 95, it shows the logo but not the word "Players". It was about the same time that "Marlboro" stopped appearing on all Penske merchandise. You can't even buy a model car kit with tobacco decals these days. |

You could buy a blanked car with only the main livery colour and get a skicker making shop (like those that make custom windshield stickers) to do one for you. All you would need is the picture you wanted putting on. It's a thought anyway :-S

The only place they ever sold Players branded stuff (not just clothing) was in Canada. At one point they even had a mail order catalogue (two or three years ago). I got a ball cap from the team in Rio that said Forsythe and later in Vancouver got another identical in every way except it said Players. Of course, you don't want my old ball caps, I guarantee!

Thanks everyone! I figured it would be difficult to find Player's anywhere. That's a good idea Phoenix, I'm going to have to give it a try. As for Player's having to leave--I'm really going to miss the look of the cars...

You can get fake stuff with Players on it, I saw a Carpentier/Team Players shirt last week at the Royal Show, it still had "FedEx Champcar series" or something like that on it.
