Camping @ Donington Park

I'm going to the ALMS at donington this easter, but i was wondering, what are the camping arrangements at donington ?

And where can u camp in a tent ?
can u camp in the infield, or in your car even ?

i just phoned donington and they said there is no camping for the ALMS...

whats going on ?

I think there's some restrictions on access to certain areas at Donington because of the Foot and Mouth. The camping area is on the outside near McLeans. I know the Starkeys parking area was closed at the weekend, so maybe both of those are currently closed because of the F&M. I don't know if that's for certain, just my guess.

But they did say the race wasn't in doubt, right?

P.S. Woody, you can always come in and visit us at the Inn and forget to leave....

The racing is still going on but they may have restrictions. There was straw down on the entrance to Brands today so they are being precautious.
