Rockingham ownership changed hands?
Anyone noticed this, looks quite positive from all angles. A chap called Grey Rock (I kid you not) has apparently bought into it and it looks like the future is a lot more secure than when Barrett Homes owned it which lets face it was always worrying when a housing developer owns a race track!!!!

I think Grey Rock is the name of an investment company as opposed to an individual...
I believe that the firm's stake in the circuit has came about due to its purchase of the nearby Priors Hall Park residential development. I believe that Alfred Buller (who has had a stake in the circuit since 2005 and is also a shareholder of the Bee Bee Property Development Company) will remain involved in the operation. I'm not entirely convinced that Barratts have owned the circuit (although they have undertaken developments in the vicinity, so I understand). I think that Alfred Buller bought the company from Gerald Forsythe's Indeck company in '05, which had owned the circuit since '99). I'm sure that there are/were other shareholders involved, though. I only referred to Barretts as that's what I was told the first time I raced there. The article on the circuits website read like that was a guys name, ops my bad!
