In reply to your question i would guess that we would have to wait until the new season has started to be able to see if all of Richard West's ideas have paid off or not!

Vauxhall, isn't that a bit of a silly question ? Alan Gow achieved a lot for the series. He then let it fall apart. Richard West has only been in the job for a few months, but has achieved a *hell* of a lot... but at this time it's impossible to say who's done the best job - ask again at the start of next season...

I agree with Craig, it's just impossible to judge at the moment - come back in 12 months and maybe we'll have a clearer opinion.
