Nope, various reasons but I am a racing person at heart and as much as i enjoy the spectacle of the Rich mans Garden Party, I enjoy the F3's and GT's actually racing. Odd to drive 100miles rather than 6. especially when the weekend will clock up 400miles as I have to do both ways both days due to my shifts. The silly things we do for the sport we love.

Fair comment Dan, presume you still up for the Revival, even with your track record

I am actually really looking forward to this weekend. Shame I am working nights, so officially I am at work 2300hrs Firday till 0800hrs on Saturday morning and it is a good 1 1/2 hour drive. However I am working on getting my cover to come in early for me. I think Dee will be doing the drive home Saturday night. Another Red Bull fuelled day.

I haven't looked at the finals, what do we have other than the F3's and GT's

Dan, if you want a look at the time table go to www.brandshatch.co.uk.
Have fun. I'm off to Snett for the BTCC and the rest of the carnage.

you're more than welome mate. It was a good meet too. We saw some really good racing. Some iffy blue flagging and report writing from post 7 but hey, we tried. I do not profess to be an Observer and it shows how short we were. I think they were using the longer handled ladle in the barrell

we all muddled through and had what i thought was an enjoyable weekend of good racing. Hope others enjoyed it too

Sorry I had to nick your flaggie on Saturday Dan, but when I realised my (very keen and well prepared) girl on 4a was on her first day ever marshalling and the plan was that she would be hooking for live snatches I had to request a bit more help.

I did think you might have got him back on Sunday, but hey, seems like he preferred my company

I feel we were just a bit too low on numbers, I could see some minor mistakes, but they were corrected and if we will have a full race calender in the UK...

Perhaps if a few of us Brands regulars email David Scott supporting his proposed change from drinkie voucher to brekkie voucher that will bring a few more in.

Were you flagging Mr C? I hope that means you have realised how difficult it is and how highly skilled I am and you stop taking the pi$$ out of me!

I don't think it's going to happen though!
