Wheels n tyres.
Hi, I am putting together a wee car for fun and I want to use a wheel and tyre size that will make it easy to get reasonable tyres. I have a couple of sets of Zetec alloys with Zetec slicks and wets on. In Zetec days it was easy to find a supply of fresh secondhand tyres.
Questions - are these tyres still available second hand and fresh!? Do the Duratech cars use Zetec tyres? if not, are enough Duratech tyres being used to be able to find a supply of second hand ones? We are not talking lots n lots of tyres here, one or two sets per season would be enough. Many thanks. SAMD |

Do the Duratech cars use Zetec tyres?
Yes, slicks are the same although Avon have now changed the compound for the Duratec wets. |
