Welcome to the fold.
As I was told when I started that the only stupid question is the one you don't ask. Hope you enjoy your days on the bank, and maybe see you across the border soon. Moxey77 |

Seeing as you're up that neck of the woods, look into going the hillclimb at Doune.
Not been myself (yet), but heard they're a great bunch to work with. |

Welcome to the forum and to the orange side. You will enjoy yourself. We have a lively crop of members from north of the border so you should get to know loads of people before you even arrive on post.

You'll be very welcome at Knockhill, and don't worry about 'stupid' questions, we all ask them from time to time!
Would be nice to see you in October, but if not, see you at the training day in March 06. Last edited by shjo558; 22 Sep 2005 at 16:35. Reason: Cos, as you all know, I'm a dumbo |

Don't worry about the weather, never too hot at Knockhill, ! Never normally that hot at Croft!
You can buy overalls from someone at Knockhill, but, whispers, they are cheaper at Croft, dont' tell anyone cos it's a secret and I'll get in trouble . Let us know if you are coming to Knockers in October and we will look out for you , you'll recognise me straight away, cos i'm the moody one apparantly! |

welcome to our world, I was once told that a marshal must be nuts to do what we do, standing out in rain, hail, sleet, snow, and the cold winds etc. I must admit uor last meet 17/18th Sept. It rained buckets the day was eventually canned thank goodness. But anyway enjoy you time with these guys a great bunch. as they say ask heaps of questions. Rob.

Lot of us stay over on 2 day meetings. The bad thing about camping at Knockhill is that we are on the outside of the circuit so everything has to be put back in your car when your marshalling.
