Audi UK confirmed
Audi UK will enter an R8 sports racing car in the legendary Le Mans 24 Hours on 14-15 June. The British importer of the German prestige car manufacturer has purchased a 2002 specification Audi R8 from Audi Sport that will now be
prepared by Arena Motorsport for the annual French marathon. No drivers decided yet. |

How many other R8's will be on the grid. There will be the Team Goh car, Champion? I presume Joest won't be. |

Hmm...Joest will run the whole ALMS season, but what about Le Mans? Like someone mentioned before, they have track record of winning as privateer before(3 times?)...

When Bentley do win next year, it won't be hailed by a people saying, only because 'Audi did'nt enter'.
I would rather Courage won but Bentley would do if that was not possible. |

If Bentley win, whether or not there are Audis running, people will still say they wouldn't have won if the works Audis had been running again.
I guess the saving grace for me would be a Gulf-liveried Audi. Those colours cheer me up whatever car they're on! |
