Why is my dropped score 1300?
I missed a round completely so surely that round I didn't compete in is taken as a dropped round.

I had the initial thought too regarding mine, but the dropped rounds rule reads:

Your best 3 scores in the 6 rounds with Sprints will be used (including all the score, not just the aspect relating to the Sprint).
Your best 15 scores in rounds without Sprints will also be used.

So it is more than one dropped round.

If I am understanding correctly, with the change of schedule we are looking at three dropped Sprint scores, and one dropped regular score?
