The Formula 1 Hotel at Lakeside is cheap, but clean and basic.

camp?

How hardy are you? and do you have a tent/caravan? because this is as cheap as it gets

There are 2 good campsites local to Brands. Thriftwood & Gate House wood (£14 a night at that time of year)

Thriftwood also hires out static vans. No idea of prices though

Two things that makes this hotel a bad choice! its on the wrong side of the river, means crossing the QE Bridge and back thru the tunnel everyday, plus the website can only offer a price for 7 nights, i was looking at 10.

but thank you for the info that you sent.

There's a premier inn (or similar) about 5 mins from the circuit. Off the top of my head can't remember the name of it but if you go on google maps and look at the junction of the M26 at Wrotham you should be able to see it - it's right next to the roundabout. Not sure of the price but it's got to be easier than Lakeside.

It's in Wrotham Heath I believe but is likely to be booked for those weekends already. Try looking for B&B's around Swanley or even Sevenoaks
