Gothenburg Inspired Challenge

as the title says, the Gothenburg street circuit ispired me to start a challenge.. so, here is the rules.

Your track must be on derelict, or temporary use land. There must already be ashphalt in place and it must be near a town/city centre.

and thats it really..

Had to take this one back from the recycle bin, since temporary tracks are quite a luxury here, due to permissions and political bullshti, but here you go:

Carolina Circuit, right in the very heart of the city,10 miles east of the International Airport. Now to have the city mayor allow us to cut off traffic for the whole weekend, that's really a pipe dream, but hey...were all pipe dreaming, aren't we?

Don't mean to sound like a dumbshti, but what does derelict mean?

Derelict isn't a word I use very often and I've never wondered what it means.

Basicaly, it means 'run down'. So, your track must be on 'run down' or teporary use land in the heart if a city, rather than a street circuit on city streets. Just type Gothenburg STCC into google and you will know what i mean.

Well that's me out of the challenge already. I don't know anywhere in my area where there's asphalt in place but run down at the same time. Thx for the meaning Nicky.

No problem. Nice fast track Matt, the pitlane is a bit long though.

The pitlane is only 0.4 miles long-not long at all by modern standards

Sorry....me being a bit stupid. 0.4 miles is a bit long. My brain was still working in kilometers. 0.4 miles is about the same length as the pitlane at Manama (Bahrain), but about 0.1 miles shorter than the pitlane at Sepang.
