Andy Metcalf should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Matt Neal

When I spoke to Matt Neal at Autosport he said he could not say what his plans were, but an announcement was due soon. What odds does evryone give him in getting a works drive bearing in mind he was 3rd in the 2002 championship.

OVERSTEER should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
What annoys me is that the likes of Tom Chilton can get works drives (cos of cash!!!) without doing a few years as an independant, and stalwarts of the championship such as Neal do years of being successful as an independant over the years, he faces a year on the sidelines, but I hope he gets a works drive and a works drive with Honda, I look forward to Matt Neal wiping the floor with Chilton!

Ditto that one oversteer, unless someone is a real superstar everyone should serve an apprenticeship in the lower grades untill you make it on merit, which Tom has'nt done yet, lets be fair if he did'nt have a bundle of cash no teams would be taking a second look at him. He's a young guy who one day may turn out to be good,I just hope throwing him in at the deep end does'nt take all his confidence away and ruin what promise he may have.Good luck to Matt, ive known him for a long time and he deserves his drives, even though he's by no means short of a few bob himself......
