Hugh Chamberlain

Sad to read of the death of Hugh Chamberlain, a Le Mans legend as a team manager in the good old days.
Full and fitting obit from the BRDC - http://www.brdc.co.uk/Notice-of-Deat...in-1941---2024
RIP

Yes, I saw this yesterday. A Le Mans mainstay for many years. Sad news. RIP.

clkgtrlm1 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Loads of funny stories and he would have forgotten more about LM than most of us will ever learn!
Truly Mr Le Mans....

Great character.
Great memories of him, being there and on RLM since as far as I can remember (1996), subtly winding up and taking the P, often tongue in cheek out of some of the more naive RLM presenters.

RIP in Parc Ferme Hugh!

Such a nice man. Came across him quite a lot in the early days at Donington Park when in addition to running a team he was to be seen in his Clubman's car. (Often at the end of a tow rope, or so we told him.) RIP Hugh and condolences to Small.
