Is that you Tobe, top man!
Looks like Nakano was on a new Kwak aswell. Suzuki tested a bit before that I reckon, same sort of positions as before but a little closer. |

Interesting to compare times between the Honda/Suzuki/Kawasaki Sepang test times and the Yamaha Sepang test times (after day 2 of 3).
A phenomenal effort by Rossi to be so close to the pace after only 2 days in the seat at Yamaha. (can't wait for the day 3 times) Whether he wins races or not I think Rossi's consistency could well see him very close to the top of the pointscore by year end. This could turn out to be a very special year. Also a great effort from Nakano on the Kwaka. 1. Biaggi 2.02.58 Honda 2. Gibernau 2.02.70 Honda 3. Rossi 2.03.17 Yamaha 4. Ukawa 2.03.20 Honda 4. Hayden 2.03.20 Honda 6. Edwards 2.03.30 Honda 7. Tomada 2.03.50 Honda 7. Checa 2.03.50 Yamaha 9. Nakano 2.04.84 Kawasaki 10.Milandri 2.04.90 Yamaha 10.Abe 2.04.90 Yamaha 12.Hofmann 2.05.28 Kawasaki ? Roberts ???? Suzuki ? Hopkins ???? Suzuki AFAIK Suzuki have not released official test times. |

Thanks for doing the comparison, Bestfit, I was going to do it later today, but you've saved me the trouble . Rossi's times are even better than I dared hope. The boy really is as good as we've all been hoping and believing. 6th title this year? I do hope so!
