MSVR at Anglesey 16th May
Hiya folks,
just wondered if anyone had seen a timetable for this meeting yet. I'm guessing at the Lotus on Track, SPEED championships, will be there. Thanks in advance. |

yep and by the look of the MSVR site its the full international circuit so the more marshals the merrier! Can't get the SPEED site at work so not sure how many have entered, but am i right in thinking they have opened up the rules from last year so that more cars are eligible to boost the grids?

Anglesey
Yes its Lotus Elise Trophy practice and qualifying in the morning and a quali for the Speed an early lunch programmed for 11.10 to 12.10.
Lotus race for 20 mins, 4hr endurance then another Lotus race for another 20 mins all due to finish by 5.20 pm. Should be another good event at the circuit and lets hope the weather is good or at least dry. See you there |

There seems to be plenty more teams entered with more than one car for some of them too. |

I hope they have more entries as the general feeling after last year was one of dissapointment. A good turnout is needed to keep the interest and I love endurance racing as those who know me will know.

as I'm not doing any 24 hour races this year I have to get my endurance fix at smaller (time wise that is) events so I'm looking forward to this one. The Friday evening beer session will be a bit quieter due to C9/89 not being there though!

There's also 34 entries in the Lotus Elise races as well! And an early finish, and the MSVR raffle prize and the Lotus guys are normally VERY generous in donating cash to the marshals raffle as well. Should be a good day. lets hope the weather is kind!

Christ like the weather in Preston is much better, least we have the Mountains and the Sea to see. In anyone's view its got to be better viewing that than a load of other buildings

Ah yes but we dont want to see the Sea if its coming over the School!!! And the mountains are only visible on clear days (of which we have had a few this year already!)
Just looking forward to coming over for some fantastic cars and some great racing in superb company. |
