1998 Jordan F1 Documentary + Clive James 1995 F1 documentary

There was a a documentary on Jordan F1 in 1998 covering the 1998 season released.

there are parts of it on youtube but there are two parts that are always missing,

I was wondering if anyone had the full thing or knew where to get it as the parts I'd seen I think I'd actually enjoy sitting down and watching it.


There was also a documentary by Clive James (no not the 1995 season review) where there was a good bit of focus on the Hill/Schumacher and Williams in general team which I remember being very good, Clive James keeps saying "Bernie had a word in his ear and $X happened" as he gets Bernie to give him access it's quite light hearted but really gets across the work and pressure of the 95 season.

I can't find this anywhere. (also covers a fair bit on Jordan too)

There was a BBC documentary called "Driving ambition - a season with Jordan GP" .

Clive James did a show in 1997 called "Clive James meets Damon Hill"

Great efforts, but not quite right.

the Clive James one wasn't the "meets Damon Hill one" and it wasn't the 97 season preview show where the drivers walk on like a chat shot.

It was a review of the 95 season in general and was a great watch, also quite funny, eg: end of the season talking about drivers moves "Ukyo Katayama will be able to crash next year on a bigger budget as he's moving to Tyrell" or words to that effect, or "Berger's female fans swoon at the thought of him in blue next year" etc etc.

Had some great interviews where Clive can't get Schumacher and Hill together for an interview and says "I had a word with Bernie who had a word in their ears and in due course they appeared in the same room to be grilled" which was a great interview.

I think Jordan hosted him for the season as he appears to follow the whole season as part of the paddock as opposed to voice overing a season review at the end of the year.


Got the Irvine documentary which is fun, but obviously he produced it himself so quite "check me out".


Can't find any reference to it, and still can't find the Jordan documentary in full.

I remember the documentary in question. I recall there was a moment that Mike Gascoyne was commenting to camera about pit girls and that it was "inappropriate" to be doing posing for cameras with girls 10 minutes before an F1 session.

The Damon/Michael interview where clive had a "word in Bernie's ear" to get them in the same room together.
