Can't read much into that, given the conditions.
Those who didn't get out in the driest time didn't go quick. |

Conway is not in China. He will be at Donington this weekend but won't be racing.

Why would that make him a loser? He's won the championship, by racing at Donington he only risks losing it. I guess he is doing the same thing as Lewis last year. Did that make him a loser?

Agree with Freddie here, I would do the same in his position. It doesn't make him a loser for not competing in case he didn't win - it makes sense for him and the team.

Its the BS way. Thats not the racer's way. He should race every round and try to win the round, not do the bare minimum to reach a points goal. Hamilton at least had the excuse last year of getting ready for his end of season F3 events.
Its just another example of the absolute pants attitude in junior racing of "lets figure out what I need to do to sneak into F1" instead of "lets win as many races as we can against the best grid we can find" |

Bit like dangerous sports, eh? Don't let a driver do dangerous sports in case he injures himself

Conway has been replaced by Yelmer Buurman at Fortec for Donnington. According to AUTOSPORT, it's coz he wants to save a weekend's budget and put it towards an F3 testing programme this winter. Fortec are trying to get Buurman in tha car for next season

Like a weekend's budget is here or there to Conway!!?? Yeah, that'll be right! If money had ever been a problem we would never had heard of him!

It was very wet today, but things are shapping for 2 cracking race. Wes and Susie had a really poor 2nd session.

Barber wins race one, but I think Charlie Hollings may need a race ban for his efforts....

you missed out 3rd place. It was Craig Dolby, getting his best result of the year. And I think, Paston's 1st podium since Mark McLoughlin at Thruxton in 2002.
