Which race are you most looking forward to?
Be it for a race where we might see the local experts shine; an exotic background; an adventure on a new circuit; your home race; or just one of the circuits which might produce a great spectacle - which race are you most looking forward to?
(could only do this after 2 rounds because the poll doesn't permit more than 10) |

South Africa has me interested, isn't it going to be a street race?

Just to be awkward I want to say Brands - as it was the start. Add to that such a fantastic circuit meant that the anticipation of what was going to happen was just incredible

Not sure as it's being arranged by BARC as I am one of a number of marshals helping to train the local guys.

You'll thoroughly enjoy it Stephen. I was at the Dubai Autodrome a couple of weeks ago - and it's looking great. |

I am looking forward to Malaysia and China for one reason... comparison of laptimes with F1. It would be cool to see the pole position laptimes...

freud - will surely be a fair bit slower than f1, and as the concept is completely different for me personally I won't be comparing.
Is Sepang definitely a night race? I am thinking of going, and if it is that will increase my interest even further. Can anyone confirm? I have voted for Shanghai though as it is where I am based, so will definitely be at that one! Will be the final race but I suppose there will then be that other series to watch (F1 or whatever it is called) while my favourite series is having it's off season If there are any kiwis reading this who might be at Sepang or Shanghai please PM me. If not I might have to hang out with Australians... Actually if anyone who is dead keen on A1 and is planning on visiting/working at the Shanghai round let me know. Cheers |

Correction: Sepang won't now be a night race - but there will be one later in the season

Just checked with A1GP - no night races confirmed at the moment.
Sepang was considered, but teams said they didn't want it that early in the season. |

I will be at the Dubai race and was told it would be the night race. I think this is quite likely as our weekends are normally working days in the Middle East and by making that the night race they should be able to attract quite a few more spectators.

That would make a lot of sense - it'll also be a bit cooler at night - Dubai is overly hot at midday! |
