Van Diemen sold...
Motorsport News reported that Van Diemen had been sold to Fluid. Has this been confirmed? Must be why they have already shut for Christmas

Its been talked of - not sure if actually done. Good luck to them if they have - the company needs a new owner/new lease of life...but in this financial environment buying a biz like VD and making it work is a tough call...

I hope the Fluid boys can turn things round at VD but I suspect that unless Santa left a big wad on the 25th, the sheer effort required to build and run their own cars, not to mention the F3 effort, will be too much for them.

I had seen this too, What was interesting was to see Ralph Firman had set up a new business constructing formula 1000 cars for the usa which were so pretty
