I just read in Autosport tonight that Honda have ruled out supplying works engines to Jordan next year. Jordan will still be getting the second rate Mugen engines in 2001. (Unless a new supplier steps in to stop this foolishness)
I think the is a dreadful decision by Takefumu Hosaka. Even with the better engine BAR are still three points behind Jordan. (Who are suffering from gearbox problems). Surely anybody can see that Jordan deserve the V10 works engines than the disappointing BAR. It is a well known fact that the only reason that Honda gave the works engine to the inferior team is because of the brown paper bags they received before the start of the season. If Honda supply their best engines to Jordan, or if we see a new supplier in F1 I think that we might see HHf get the WDC he deserves 'cos he is be far the best driver in the sport. |

I know everyone blames Williams for Frentzen's performance in 97 and 98 but I think he has to share some of the blame. He was driving the car after all. Who's to say the same sort of thing wouldn't happen at Mclaren.

Jordan HHF is a different driver to Williams HHF. He's a much better, maturer, quicker, more focused one. AND A POTENTIAL WORLD CHAMPION.
Honda, are you listening???? |
