His real name is actually John B-&-Q. He changed it by deed poll i think. Before his original name was John Batchelor, i think. Ask red, he'll know 4 sure. Top bloke too, ive heard!

Radischrox, B&Q is a very large chain of hardware stores, reputedly paying a fair amount of £ ($ to you )for John to have his last name the same as theirs.

John B&Q lol!
what kind of a person would sell his name to a hardware store? I guess if he was in that big of a need of a sponsor, it's okay.

The sponsors want publicity for their money and they have got it. Drivers need sponsors. I think everyone is happy

John B&Q is a good laugh and, to be honest, to change his name to his sponsors totally fits his character - a good laugh and a smashing fella. Very friendly.

John B&Q

As Team Manager for Team B&Q I have sent John away for a few days in order that he is totally refreshed for Donnington. With regard to his name changes he will do almost anything for publicity.
With regard to the colour poll, the cars have undergone substantial changes, both colour and decals - only 3 days to the public showing.
