AGP Driver Entry List
I was just looking at the driver entry list for the 2005 AGP...
http://www.v8supercars.com.au//v8dat...&eid=183&ind=M Car 24 and 43 I am assuming will the CPR cars? Does anyone know the status of CPR's entries and the numbering of their cars and the WPS cars? Its getting pretty close to the AGP race.... |

Well Steve Richards car was released the other day with number 11 on it so either the entry list is wrong or the wrong number was put onto the car

The entry list is correct... the #8 and #11 numbers shall appear on the WPS Fords at the AGP....
... as for what happens after that... well thats up to Cousin Larry, the Kelvinmonster and the WooPS boys... |

Is this the first time the entire field has been granted entry rather than the normal 32 cut off mark.

Why are JB's and BJ's sponsor listed as TBA when they have announced BOC as their major sponsor?

What numbers are Britek using then? I'd read here somewhere they were using #25 & #52, as listed, but they launched in #25 & #26 didn't they?

I think that we can all assume this list i outdated somewhat, or compiled by someone with a mild case of downs syndrome. (no offence to anyone with downs syndrome, you more than likely produce far more professional work.....)

BJR's sponsor BOC gases is missing from that list too, so it must be slightly outdated.
But it was intersting to see that at the Launch, Richards' car had #11 on it and coincidentally the WPS Besnard car had no number; so maybe Larry is in talks with WPS? Last edited by bo0; 25 Feb 2005 at 04:26. |

But what message does it send to sponsors when 2 brand newies to the sport (well kinda) cant start this first event in the teams' home state because of this stupid grid limit problem?

That is the word around. Not sure all the rumours around at the moment are close to the mark though.

Maybe none. I'm not sure of the outcome of the 'sale' yet. One rumour has it as being Simon Wills' will be the one that 'changes hands'.
